We’re a purpose-driven nutrition practice based in Adelaide, supporting women, children and families across surrounding suburbs. Blossom Women’s & Family Dietetics was founded by Accredited Practising Dietitian Melissa Colombo and offers a warm, evidence-based, and family-focused approach to nutrition care.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: food should nourish, not cause stress. We support parents during pregnancy, help children build positive relationships with food, and work with families navigating a range of feeding needs. Every client is met with clinical knowledge, empathy and a practical, realistic approach to nutrition.
Our role is to walk alongside you, offer clarity, and create strategies that fit into real life. With personalised, respectful care, we aim to support long-term wellbeing and help families feel more confident in their food choices.
We provide individualised nutrition guidance tailored to each family’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.
We equip families with the knowledge and confidence to make informed food choices that work for their lifestyle.
We ensure every person feels truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment as they navigate their nutrition journey.
We deliver up-to-date, best-practice nutrition guidance while going the extra mile to achieve outstanding outcomes.
We understand that nutrition affects the whole family and work to create positive changes that benefit everyone.
We transform stress and struggle around eating into fun, engaging, and social food experiences that bring families together.
